Sep. 10--DEALERS, TEAMSTERS WILL MEET: St. Louis automobile dealers and striking members of the Teamsters union will meet again Wednesday to discuss a new contract proposal by the union. The meeting will be their third since the union rejected an offer last month and struck most new-car dealerships on the Missouri side of the St. Louis area.
