COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -- Progressive (NYSE:PGR), whose companies comprise the country's third largest auto insurance group, today announced plans to build a 150,000 square foot data center on the same piece of property in Northgate Corporate Village where the company recently completed a 300,000 square foot call center campus.

The Colorado Springs data center will be the third company-owned data center in the U.S., increasing capabilities for e-transactions and further ensuring that the more than 13 million drivers insured by Progressive receive uninterrupted 24 hour a day, 7 day a week service.
