Sep. 13--WORK STARTS ON CLASSIC-CAR PARTS PLANT: TWC Construction raised the walls Wednesday for an 86,000-square-foot building in Henderson that will be the new headquarters for Scott Drake Enterprises, a manufacturer of classic car parts specializing in Mustangs.

The plant will initially employ about 70 people when it opens in December, 20 of whom are transferring with the company from Oxnard, Calif.
