PENNSAUKEN, N.J. -- J & J Snack Foods Corp. (NASDAQ:JJSF) announced today that it will be making amended SEC filings in response to comments received from the Securities and Exchange Commission. The amended filings will be Form 10-K/A for the fiscal year ended September 27, 2003 and Form 10-Q/A for each of the quarters ended December 27, 2003, March 27, 2004 and June 26, 2004.
The Company stated that the amended filings will not have any changes to the Consolidated Statements of Earnings, Consolidated Balance Sheets, Consolidated Statement of Changes in Stockholders' Equity and Consolidated Statements of Cash Flows included in its original filings.
