ENGLAND players will not be allowed to meet Zimbabwe protest groups before deciding whether to be available for the controversial autumn tour.
The England Cricket Board are determined the trip should go ahead and are opposed to any contacts.
ECB's new policy contrasts sharply with former skipper Nasser Hussain's move last year when he told his players to find out everything they could about President Robert Mugabe's regime before England's World Cup game in Harare.
