Sep. 14--NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J. -- Businesses in downtown New Brunswick and those along French Street, on Easton Avenue and in other areas may be able to offer reduced sales tax and receive tax credits if the state approves the Urban Enterprise Zone boundaries proposed by the city.
