A recent survey by the National Pork Producers Council revealed that almost 95% of people who cook fresh pork, overcook it. Presumably, if cooks are ruining their pork chops, their pasta al dente is overdone. Strongly suspecting that people are not well versed in basic cooking skills, the Council surveyed consumers to determine the scope of the problem.
