Few people in the Wenatchee Valley have not been keeping abreast of the wildfire situation in our area. It is difficult to escape the sight of trees, bushes and grasses going up in flames, the sight of giant clouds generated by the fires or the smell of smoke in the Valley.
Fortunately, due to the good work of the fire teams, we seem to be no longer threatened. That is a direct result of good management and leadership.
