Brazil: Mutsui rents railroad cars.

Mitsui, a Japanese trading company that has a global turnover of nearly US$130bil per year, discovered in Brazil a new market niche: the rental (for five-10 years) railroad cars acquired from third parties. For the first time this year the group purchased for US$50mil, 650 cars and rented them to ALL Logistica. 550 of the cars have been manufactured by Maxion and 150 by Randon.
