Republicans who voted in Tuesday's 49th Senate District primary were angry.
But not nearly as many were mad at the mess in Albany as candidate Tom Dadey had hoped.
Some voters leaving the polls Tuesday said they didn't like the way the local Republican hierarchy had rejected 10-term incumbent Nancy Larraine Hoffmann and designated Dadey as the GOP candidate for Hoffmann's seat.
Others said they objected to the bitter tone the campaign had taken. Some lauded Hoffmann's achievements in office.
