OXFORD, England, September 17 /PRNewswire/ -- PowderMed Ltd (PowderMed), a company focusing on the development of therapeutic DNA vaccines, in collaboration with its partner, the Ludwig Institute for Cancer Research (LICR), have announced that they have initiated a Phase I trial of a novel therapeutic DNA cancer vaccine that uses DNA encoding for the NY-ESO-1 tumour specific antigen and the Particle Mediated Epidermal Delivery (PMED(TM)) technology owned by PowderMed.
