National Economic Research Associates, Inc. recently announced the renewal and expansion of its lease in White Plains, N.Y. The international economic consulting firm has expanded to 32,564 s/f of office space at Westchester Financial Center, 50 Main St.
The transaction was a successful collaboration between the New York City and Connecticut offices of CB Richard Ellis. Dean Shapiro, Robert Caruso and Colin Reilly, of CBRE's Stamford office, worked closely with Mary Ann Tighe, Craig Reicher and Tim Dempsey, of CBRE's Manhattan office, in representing NERA during the negotiations.
