DALLAS _ It's 10 a.m. at the SBC offices in Richardson, Texas, and time for a little cardio.
At first glance, the nine-story building doesn't seem to have a workout facility. Then again, maybe it does.
Instead of lining up at the coffeepot or putting money in the candy machine, Terri Orms and six of her colleagues from the information technology national data department head for the back stairwell.
"We call ourselves the Indoor Mountain Climbers," says Orms. "It's a great way to vent a little frustration and stay in shape."
