In any given year the Canadian Forces participate in several dozen military operations at home and abroad. Some of these operations include hundreds of servicemen and women while others may only have one military member. Some have garnered considerable media attention while others do not. This is a brief look at one of the rather less well known military operations that took place in 1998. It was called SMOKE STACK.
