Oct. 10--TERRA SYSTEMS INC. of Lindon has signed a contract with PacifiCorp. to process high-ash waste coal into low-ash clean coal at Terra's Castle Valley facility in Wellington. The agreement calls for Terra Systems to reduce the ash content of the coal to less than 15 percent.
