Nigeria's state energy firm NNPC has signed a $1.275 billion financing deal to expand an existing natural gas liquids (NGL) joint venture with the Nigerian subsidiary of Exxon Mobil, officials told Reuters on Monday.
The deal, signed in London last week, will finance the construction of extraction platforms, pipelines and onshore facilities to boost the estimated lifetime production of existing operations by 185 million bbl of NGL, NNPC said in a statement.
