Mar. 19--Chances are, Ted Turner is staying on the board of directors at AOL Time Warner.
"I don't want to leave them in a lurch, so maybe I'll stay for a while," Turner said at a New York breakfast Tuesday.
Turner announced in January that he will give up the vice chairman post in May. He is expected to tell the board in a meeting Thursday whether he is leaving altogether.
Turner, who has sold some of his stock in recent months, is still the largest individual shareholder of the troubled media company.
