Feb. 12--HARVEYS LAKE, Pa.--Looking for a house at the lake?
Need a place to keep the family boat?
Don't have half a million dollars to spend?
If Armand Mascioli, co-owner of Grotto Pizza, has his way, 45 brand new three-bedroom townhouses will soon be built on land behind the pizza shop.
The proposed subdivision, called Marina Pointe, will be on the agenda at the Luzerne County Planning Commission's meeting, scheduled for 2 p.m. tomorrow.
Townhouses at Marina Pointe are expected to cost between $180,000 to $220,000, depending on options selected.
