Feb. 14--WILKES-BARRE--The Luzerne County Planning Commission on Thursday gave final approval to Marina Pointe, a townhouse development at Harveys Lake.
The commission's vote was unanimous and conditional upon the developer's meeting several outstanding requirements, including a $225,000 financial security guarantee.
Only one issue spawned debate among commission members: the installation of gravel walking paths instead of concrete sidewalks.
