DALLAS, June 11 /PRNewswire/ -- J.C. Penney Company, Inc. (NYSE: JCP) today announced the 16 winners of the company's ninth annual Minority Supplier Development Awards at a reception near JCPenney's corporate headquarters in Dallas.
