KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 22 Asia Pulse - Brite-Tech Berhad (BTB) (KLSE:BECH) has signed an agreement with the shareholders of Sincere United Sdn Bhd (SUSB) to acquire a 70 per cent stake in SUSB for RM4.125 million (US$1.09 million).
It will acquire 350,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each from Chong Tuck Chiew and Toong Chong Seng, it said in a filing to Bursa Malaysia.
SUSB will become a subsidiary of BTB after the completion of the proposed acquisition.
SUSB is a supplier of water treatment chemicals and raw materials used in the manufacture of water distribution pipes.
