Sep. 23--The man behind the national Body Solutions boom promising weight loss without diet or exercise, which later ended in a well-publicized bankruptcy, has reached a new settlement with the federal government.
Terms of the deal will not be disclosed for 45 days in order to give Federal Trade Commission members time to approve the settlement.
Harry Siskind, who founded San Antonio-based Mark Nutritionals Inc. in 1999 to market Body Solutions, was hiding assets from the government and creditors, according to allegations by the FTC. That would void an ...
