ATLANTA, Sept. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- MeasureUp, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dice Inc., announced today that Microsoft Press has selected them to provide free access to their Microsoft Office Specialist practice test with the purchase of the Microsoft Office Specialist Study Guide 2003, allowing professionals to test their knowledge as they prepare for the Microsoft Office certification exams.
