HARRISBURG, Pa., Sept. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- On behalf of Governor Edward G. Rendell, Community and Economic Development Secretary Dennis Yablonsky today announced that Farrell City in Mercer County has received a $25,000 planning grant through the New Communities-Elm Street Program. The money will be used for revitalization efforts in residential neighborhoods surrounding the downtown area.
