Sep. 23--At least three Bismarck residents are worried that a 520,000-square-foot shopping center will cause major traffic issues for residents around it.
They spoke at the Bismarck Planning Commission on Wednesday before the commission made a final recommendation on plats for the shopping center that will be located between Century and Interstate avenues near Interstate 94.
Melissa Bronstein said the shopping center is too large to be so close to a residential area.
