The Fulton Athletic Boosters' Hall of Fame banquet will be held Saturday at the Fulton Polish Home. A social hour will start the evening from 6 to 7 p.m. with the banquet to follow.
This year, the 1982 Fulton wrestling team is being inducted.
When Coach Wayne Bleau was hired to coach Fulton's high school wrestling team in 1975, he stated it was his goal to make Fulton a state power, and bring a state title to the city. From 1979 through 1981 his teams lost once each year; to Baldwinsville's four-time state champions.
