More than one-sixth of Colorado liquor establishments disciplined for selling booze to minors in 2002 and 2003 were in Boulder and Fort Collins, state records show.
Businesses in the two college towns were sanctioned 62 times for "sales to minors" in those two years, according to state Liquor Enforcement Division records.
Boulder and Fort Collins have a combined population of about 219,000, or less than 5 percent of the state's population.
