MEXICO CITY, Sep 24, 2004 (Mexico Analytica/Corporate Mexico by Internet Securities, Inc. via COMTEX) -- The Federal Competition Commission (CFC) conditioned the concentration of California steel company Atlas and Operadora Metamex to modifications make in the non-competition clause as well as the elimination of its trade policy section.
CFC also reported that it gave the green light to the merge between Bain Capital Fund VII, LP and Rhodia, as well as the fusion of Sigma Alimentos and Personas Fisicas.
