Sep. 24--SPRINGFIELD, Vt. -- In the growing debate over health care in Vermont, Lieutenant Gov. Brian Dubie said the numbers in the Douglas administration's plan add up, as he took a jab at supporters of universal coverage.
In an interview taped for broadcast today on WNBX 1480 AM in Springfield, Dubie characterized the plan he supports as being more realistic than "tearing down and rebuilding" the health care industry as his opponents propose.
