Sep. 24--WATERLOO, Iowa -- Nearly everyone has a cell phone story.
Whether it's at a business meeting, restaurant, wedding, movie, in a public restroom or while studying in the library, it's irritating -- and often disrupting -- to listen to a one-sided cell phone conversation.
As more people become increasingly annoyed with the sometimes inappropriate places cell phone conversations are taking place, cell phones users may soon replace smokers as the public's number one nemesis.
