Sep. 24--The M3 bus from Inwood to the East Village is slow.
How slow is it?
It's so slow that you can get all the way from New York to Philadelphia by the time the slowpoke bus finishes its route.
That's slow -- and it's no exaggeration.
The Daily News had two reporters race each other: one on an M3 bus and the other on an Amtrak Metroliner from Penn Station to Philly's 30th St. Station.
