Sep. 25--Defense contractor Teledyne Technologies Inc. denied accusations that it stole designs from a Victoria-based sub-contractor for a component used in military radar jamming devices, according to court documents filed earlier this week.
Malik Cable Devices filed suit against California-based Teledyne in May claiming that in a December 2000 meeting Teledyne acquired designs for one of Malik Cable's connectors, CO 398, under false pretenses, and then used that information to produce a near identical connector under the Teledyne name.
