ADDISON, Texas -- Chartwell Diversified Services, Inc. ("CDSI"), a leading provider of home health care services, today announced it has completed its Chapter 11 reorganization process. The Company's Plan of Reorganization was confirmed by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of New York, on Sept. 10, 2004, and became effective on Sept. 17, 2004.
CDSI completes its reorganization as a privately held organization with a strong balance sheet, a streamlined operational structure and a talented executive management team.
