AFTER 20 years of false dawns, London's iconic Battersea Power Station finally looks set to shudder back into activity.
By 2009, the sprawling building--which inhabits a footprint roughly the size of Trafalgar Square--and the rest of its 15ha site will be transformed into a multipurpose destination, creating a raft of design opportunities.
