Jimmy Clausen looks like a senior quarterback in every way, except for that baby face.
Clausen is just a sophomore, but he has the precision and killer instinct of someone much older. Clausen, who has an exceptionally quick release, threw for 297 yards and six touchdowns to lead Oaks Christian to a 66-36 win over Burbank High on Friday at Oaks Christian.
It seemed every pass Clausen threw went for a touchdown. It was so easy that a Burbank junior varsity coach and another player's father made bets on how many plays it would take for the Lions to score before each series. Usually, they predicted one or two. Many ...
