MILWAUKEE -- While the Milwaukee Brewers play out the string this week in Arizona and St. Louis, it's obvious to those who've watched them go from Team Surprise in the first half of the season to Team Demise in the second.
"We need to add better talent," general manager Doug Melvin said.
"Ultimately, it's the grind of a long season and by the end of the season there are no secrets," left fielder Geoff Jenkins said. "You have to have the guns to get it done, and we need some more ammo."
