I applaude you for choosing Bob Hartley as your 2004 Coach of the Year [August 2004]. It would be easy to pick Darryl Sutter or Barry Trotz for turning their teams into playoff teams, or John Tortorella for taking his team to the top of the NHL But Hartley was clearly the best coach last season.
