OAKLAND, Calif., Sept. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Kaiser Permanente's Suzanne Graham, R.N., Ph.D., Patient Safety Director for California Regions, is one of the newest members of the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) Sentinel Event Advisory Group. Graham accepted an invitation to join the prestigious committee that recommends national Patient Safety Goals to JCAHO in August.
