That's no typo above: Tim Coggeshall's title is really Buckstopper. "That's what my card says," he laughs. "The buck stops here. If there's any questions, comments, suggestions, problems, you let me know. I learned a thing from a mentor a number of years ago: Mess up, fess up, dress up. If you mess up, fess up to it, and then dress it up the best you can."

Coggeshall says his business philosophy is "way simple golden-rule stuff. Everybody's a decent person. If you give them a chance to not be, they may or may not take you up on it."
