SLEEP. That's how it is defined in the dictionary, but for millions of Americans, sleep is anything but natural. Due to stressful lives, night jobs, medical problems or sleep disorders, many people of all ages, income levels and occupations get only a fraction of the sleep their weary bodies need.
After staring at the ceiling all night or tossing and turning until they are exhausted, these sleep-deprived masses mechanically plod through long days with droopy red eyes, achy heads and short attention spans.
