Push Toy. Tara Toy Corp. is voluntarily recalling its "Sesame Street Push Power" action figures (#75110) sold nationwide from June 1991 to January 1992 for about $3.99 each. In tests the toys broke creating small pieces and sharp edges on which a child could choke or cut himself; no injuries have been reported. The toys feature Sesame Street characters Big Bird (driving a fire engine), Ernie (riding an airplane), and Cookie Monster (riding a scooter). On the undercarriage of each vehicle is the following: "CTW JHP, Inc. Tara Toy Corp. Made in China." Parents can receive a refund of the purchase price by returning the toy to the store where it was purchased. For more ...
