Fourteen years ago, Kenny Anderson and his son, Dave, of Lyons, Neb., won the shop category of FARM JOURNAL's "I Built the Best" Contest for the homemade tools and tool storage system they had designed for their farm shop. Later, the tools and storage continued to work great, but space became a problem.
"The combine we own now wouldn't fit in that shop, with its header and grain tank extension," says Dave. "We had outgrown the space."
