NEW YORK -- Philip Morris International Inc. (PMI) President and Chief Executive Officer Andre Calantzopoulos addressed investors today at approximately 3:00 p.m. local time at the First Annual Sanford C. Bernstein Pan European Strategic Decisions Conference in London, England. PMI is the international tobacco subsidiary of Altria Group, Inc. (NYSE: MO).
During the presentation, Mr. Calantzopoulos reaffirmed that PMI expects total volume including acquisitions to increase between 4.0% to 4.5% for the full year 2004, or approximately 1% excluding acquisitions.
