MILFORD, Mass. -- The Holmes Group, Inc., a privately held manufacturer of small appliances and appliance motors has entered into a joint venture with Regal-Beloit, a Wisconsin-based corporation that specializes in the manufacture and sale of motors for commercial and industrial customers worldwide.
