The Moscow city administration has decided to introduce restrictions on the kinds of printed media that can be sold on the territory of the subway system, "Vremya novostei" and other Russian media reported on 1 October, citing city Telecommunications and Mass Media Committee Chairman Mikhail Shcherbachenko.
