THE sun beats down enthusiastically on a clear blue sea.

Jumping into the cool sea, I pop my head below the water to take in the col ourful corals.

Parrotfish and bristly puffers, to name but a few of the many fish, swim around contentedly, paying no attention to the strange creatures with big eyes and pipes coming out of their heads floating above them.

Back on the boat, there's a feast of barbecued sausage and array of Egyptian-style salads. I sit down to eat, feeling the sun working its magic on my skin.
