After working for Saks Incorporated/McRae's for 15 years, Gay Saxon dreaded the thought of changing employers.
"I absolutely loved my job (at Saks/McRae's)," said Saxon. "When faced with the combining of two corporate offices in Knoxville, Tenn., I knew that my options here were limited. I opted to pursue an opportunity outside of the company. I felt like searching for a job and interviewing would be a nightmare. However, I was quickly proven wrong.
