I love the word "melt." It conjures up so many seductive images. Like the way I felt when I saw Brad Pitt in "Interview With a Vampire." Or my junior high school crush on Andy Miller.
My childhood favorite hamburger had melt in it, too, as in Patty. And as a kid, I felt weak in the knees at the sight of melting cheese. At that age, one of the few things I could make without my mother's able assistance was my very own rendition of toast. It was always topped with cheese.
