Kristen and Dan Charette found the privacy and quiet they craved by moving to North Tyrol Hills in Golden Valley after seven years living amid the roar of airplanes in Minneapolis' Shenandoah Terrace, near Minnehaha Parkway.
Their real estate agent, Carla Anderson of Coldwell Banker Burnet, describes their new neighborhood - 10 minutes from downtown Minneapolis - as "a pretty, pastoral community with winding roads, trees and ponds," with many architect-designed homes.
