HOLLYWOOD -- "More shoulder! I want more shoulder!" yells director Glenn Jordan, standing in the middle of The Biltmore Hotel ballroom. For a few days earlier this month, the cavernous room was redecorated to resemble New York's Plaza Hotel on election night in 1988, a backdrop for a pivotal scene in "Barbarians at the Gate," the 1990 bestseller that is now being made into an HBO film, produced by Ray Stark.
